Groups will be held bi weekly on Tuesdays at 7:00 EST - 6:00 CST - 4:00 PST
and will be approximately 1 hour in length (to 1hr and 15 minutes)
Individual Call In Coaching - will be held at varying times on the opposite week of the
group sessions. They will be posted on the forum.
2. Can you tell me the process of brain optimization?I will be providing a getting started call after program registration ends to
answer all questions regarding the testing processes. However, here is a general
overview.
After your registration with this program you will be shipped a brain optimization test kit.
This test kit is a simple urinalysis. There are specific yet easy instructions to follow, including
shipping instructions. You will overnight your sample via the provided FedEx envelope. Please
read all instructions first.
Your test kit is then sent to a lab in Germany - and from this point we await your results. Results take
approximately 14 days. From this point, you will receive a wellness report that details your
neurotransmitter levels - along with optimal ranges.
You are offered a protocol of supplements which consist of amino-acids and nutrients
for brain optimization. There are 3 phases to this process which will be detailed in the class
and in your results consultation.
You will have a consultation/coaching session with me after your results are in, and from
this point begin your brain optimization program. I have been working with this lab as a clinician, and how been
provided excellent training for the consultation process.
3. I understand there are additional fees for supplements and lab processing. Tell me more details about this.Lab fees and supplements are separate from Evolve Life Coaching. We apologize that a bundle offer
is not available. As you can imagine, supplement needs are highly individual and need to be ordered by the client.
While the test kits are included in your program, the lab processing fee is paid for separately -- you will send payment
along with your samples.
Lab processing fees are $144 per test. You can expect 2-3 during your program, based on your individual
need and desire. 2 tests are ideal, but you may opt for another read toward the end of the program if you choose.
Amino acid supplements range from $60-$120 per month, again depending on your
individual protocol for brain optimization.
4. Can I be on or stay on medication while on this program?Yes, please stay on all medication and supplements provided my your doctor or natural
health care practitioner. The lab will simply take into consideration all medications and supplements
of when writing your protocol. All medication changes need to be addressed with your doctor.
5. What are amino acids? And where do I get them?Simply put - brain food. Amino acids help to balance and optimize your pool of neurotransmitters.
Amino acids ARE food source supplements. These products are all natural, pharmaceutical grade, containing
the highest quality ingredients. They are non-prescription and do not cause any side effects.
You can order your supplements directly from our lab, and will be provided links to everything you
need in our one stop forum!
6. When will I feel the benefits of brain optimization?While everyone is different, and it is a process - some feel a shift within days, and that's exciting.
You can expect to feel some shift in some area of your life shortly. It's important to continue
the process if you want to see full benefits of the program. Often times people are not aware
of how good the can feel - and what their peak is.
7. What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with the class in anyway I will be happy to issue you are refund for your recurring payments.
Because the results of life coaching lie within the actions, beliefs, and ultimately the work done by the client, no guarantee or warranty can be made regarding the actual results of coaching.
Coaching works best when you assume full responsibility for your success (full power as a conscious creator!) and keep a high awareness about the benefit of our relationship.
Lab processing fee's are not refundable, they are simply lab fees and separate from Evolve Life Coaching. Refunds may be offered on unopened supplements only.
